Modern Approach to Psychiatry and Lasting Wellness

Intentional Care for Your Mental Wellness

The Road to Wellness

Offering a personalized and education driven approach to psychiatry, designed to empower you with knowledge, support sustainable change, using medication sparingly and with precision.

Kelli Soto DNP-C, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Blue Sky Psychiatry & Wellness was created to offer a different kind of care, one that prioritizes meaningful connection, individualized treatment, and a whole-person approach. Whether you choose to use insurance or self-pay, my goal is to provide intentional, evidence-based care in a supportive environment where you feel heard and valued.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in outpatient and telehealth settings, working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and the demands of everyday life.

My approach is thoughtful and individualized. I take time to understand the full picture, including your stress levels, lifestyle, and life transitions, so care feels aligned and meaningful. I provide medication management when it’s helpful, while also integrating support, nervous system regulation, and practical strategies you can use in your day-to-day life.

I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, not rushed, but individually tailored to your needs. Some patients benefit from medication; others from changes in routine, support, and self-understanding, often it’s a combination. My role is to help guide that process in a way that feels steady, clear, and intentional.

Life is too short to spend it simply powering through. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or unlike yourself, you don't have to face it alone. Support is available, healing is possible, and together we can help you become the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself.

Follow up visit
$149

  • Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring your progress, reviewing how you're responding to treatment, addressing any concerns or side effects, and making adjustments as needed. Together, we'll evaluate your symptoms, discuss current stressors, answer your questions, and update your treatment plan to support your ongoing mental wellness.

What Makes This Different:

Traditional care can feel reactive and disconnected.

Consistent and exclusive support — not just when things get worse

More thoughtful visits, taking the time to understand more than just your symptoms. We'll discuss what's been happening in your life, what's contributing to how you're feeling, what's working, what's not, and develop a treatment plan that reflects your goals and preferences.
